Join Chuck and Kami as we explore the fine balance of work and rest, or even better in a world where we take ourselves a little too seriously, play!
We’ll complement our daily yoga practices, with plenty of you time, and siestas designed with self-care in mind. In our time together we’ll create connection with ourselves and with those around us. We’ll enjoy or beautiful surroundings soaking up the sun, stick our toes in the sand while sipping margaritas. You’ll walk away feeling refreshed, grounded, a little more lighthearted, and ready to take on the busy holiday season!
